Join us this Giving Tuesday at 3 Forks Bike & Brew in Pullman, WA for an evening with great food, great atmosphere, and great conversation about conservation! The event will be taking place from 5-8pm at 588 SE Bishop Blvd Suite G, Pullman, WA 99163. We look forward to seeing you there!
During a beautiful fall day on the Palouse, the Phoenix Conservancy, Paradise Creek Brewery, and Sanctuary Yoga, partnered together for the first Beer+Yoga (Brewga) event. Tiffany, a yoga instructor with Sanctuary Yoga, guided roughly 20 WSU students and community members in two yoga classes near the Paradise Creek Trailside Taproom. The classes and a portion of the proceeds from the beer was donated to the Phoenix Conservancy to continue our mission of restoring the worlds endangered ecosystems.
Events like this are great opportunities for the Phoenix Conservancy to connect with those in our community and learn what it is that they love about the area. Local communities are the real protectors and keepers of their ecosystems so learning directly from them about how they interact with their natural environment is absolutely vital for us to make sure our work is relevant and beneficial to those it impacts most.
A huge thank you to Paradise Creek Brewery, Sanctuary Yoga, and everyone who attended for a wonderful day of yoga, beer, conversations, and raising money for conservation!
On October 14th the Phoenix Conservancy will be hosting a fundraising event with Sanctuary Yoga and Paradise Creek Brewery. Sanctuary yoga instructors will be leading a yoga class and Paradise Creek will be donating one dollar from every beer. There will be 2 yoga sessions with a happy hour in between and after! The first session will be 1-2 PM, second session 3-4 PM. People don’t have to stay for all of it, obviously, but there will be beer available at all times. Pre-Order tickets here.
